Pride in Labour is all about amplifying queer voices within the Labour Party - and we need your help to do it. As we prepare for Labour Conference 2025 this September, we're running a fundraiser to help cover essential costs.
Why we need your support
We're sending our team to Conference to:
🗣️ Organise a fringe event that puts queer voices front and centre
🤝 Build connections that strengthen our work
🏳️⚧️ Defend trans rights and fight back against backsliding on equality
⚖️ Hold the party accountable on its promises to LGBTQ+ rights
🧑🤝🧑 Support LGBTQ+ delegates so no one has to go it alone
Every donation, big or small, makes a difference in making sure Pride in Labour can be a force for change at Conference and beyond.
What your donation will cover
🎤 Event materials (e.g. flyers, resources, etc.)
📣 Venue booking so we can host a fringe event
🛠️ Campaign tools to engage delegates and members
🧵 Materials like stickers and badges that make us seen
How you can help
We haven't set a specific goal, but every penny will help represent queer people effectively. Whether it's £5, £20, or £50, every donation will have a big impact.
Why does it matter?
This year's Conference is more important than ever. We're not just talking about issues that affect our community - we're actively fighting for our rights and pushing for real policy change. With your support, we can ensure our voices are heard, our fights are visible, and our movement is unstoppable.
Thank you for your support
Your donation will make a huge impact on our presence at Conference, and will help us to make sure LGBTQ+ issues aren't side-lined. Together, we can push the Labour Party to truly represent the needs of our community - and that starts at Conference.
Will my money be used to fund the party?
No - not a single penny raised through this fundraiser will be used to contribute to the Labour Party in any way. We are not booking event space within the Conference Centre, and tickets for the Conference itself are paid for out of our own personal pockets, not any funds raised through Pride in Labour. Your donation supports our organising and events.
