What does real solidarity look like? Not rainbow lanyards. Not photo ops. Not warm words with no action. It looks like this.
For the second year running, Pride in Labour is hosting a fringe event at the Labour Party Conference in Liverpool this September. On Tuesday, 30th of September 2025 from 4:30-6:30pm, we will be hosting Solidarity Looks Like This - a panel event that brings together LGBTQ+ organisers, activists, and elected representatives to talk about the tough topics, LGBTQ+ rights, and what we need to do next.

Accessibility
Accessibility is at the heart of everything that we do which is why we have booked Liverpool Central Library which is wheelchair accessible and has gender-neutral toilets on site. In addition, it's free to attend this event which makes it accessible for those on a low-income. When booking, it's a 'pay what you want' system - but you can opt to pay nothing, that's totally fine - no judgement from us!
Can't make it?
No problem - we are also going to be livestreaming the event online.
Can I support this event in another way?
Absolutely! Conference costs can get quite high as we intend to print lots of leaflets and other promotional materials to get the message out there. If you can spare a bit of money to help us, click here.
Does supporting this mean supporting Labour?
No - we have booked Liverpool Central Library for our event, so we are not funding the Party. Money raised through ticket sales or donations are not contributing to Labour. Some of our team will be attending the main Conference, but this is paid for out of our own pockets, not Pride in Labour's money. By supporting us, you are not by extension financially supporting the Party.
