Hello all, I'm sure we're all anxiously awaiting the decision of the Supreme Court on Wednesday, 16th April, regarding the definition of a woman in law.

They can not win if they do it would be in direct conflict with the GRA and would cause a major legal issue between us and the European court of human rights. If it ruled in favour of FWS then all we can hope for is the trans community can pull together and mount a legal case. In the short term not much we can all do other than release statements and write to the EHRC
