On the 2nd of May 2025, Pride in Labour launched an open letter campaign targeted at Keir Starmer. The aim was simple - to call on him to reject the unworkable and harmful interim guidance by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) regarding trans access to gender-segregated spaces. We know that realistically, the open letter will have no impact, but it is vital that we continue to provide a forum for LGBTQIA+ people to air their views on matters that affect them.
